Andy Martinez (owner) took the call, honored the advertised price and performed the work himself to unclog our bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable and explained the findings and reasons why we needed his services. He also educated us on our options for prevention of potential ongoing issues based on our findings. We just had Andy from Lay It Rite Plumbing here to our residence last week(Feb 2025) *He has a team for bigger jobs. He was knowledgable, quick and professional. He replaced the wax seal and snaked the toilet. I liked that he gave a written estimate via email which seemed reasonable and in our case the total price matched that estimate, no extras. Efficient and pleasant!

Absolutely outstanding service! Andy worked with us over two days ON A WEEKEND to clear a marine head (toilet) on our commercial vessel (think 2 decades of salt encrusted pee inside 15ft of PVC!) He didn't stop until we were back to high pressure flushing! He's saved in my phone now as 'Best Plumber EVER!'.
